Program Info.


The BS English Program is designed with the view to impart and promote the education of English Literature, Language and Linguistics. Apart from the knowledge of fundamental concepts and theories, it aims to enable the students not only in technical skills of language learning and teaching but also to develop concepts, values of research in the nature and functioning of language, and to mature their creative imaginations and skills to be able to communicate and apply the knowledge of art and literature in practical situations. Pakistani Literature in English, American Literature, the study of Nobel Laureates are some of the distinctive features of the course.

Eligibilty

  • FSc or Equivalent with at least 45 % marks both in SSC and HSSC or Equivalent
